Training your team leader assigns you is done in the app, under My training. It lists your own assigned modules in the order they should be done: anything overdue first, then the rest by due date, then what you have finished.
A module is a set of lessons, and each lesson is a run of pages — reading, a video, a quiz question, an acknowledgement to sign. You move through them with Next, and Back is always there if you want to check something again.
Nothing counts until you press Finish module on the last page of the last lesson. That is the moment the module is recorded as complete, its certificate is issued, and — if it has to be redone — the date it is valid until is set.
Step 1
Open My training
Tap Menu at the bottom of the app, then Training. If you don't see Training in the menu, your organisation hasn't turned it on for your role.
Step 2
Pick the module
Assigned to you is sorted most urgent first. Each card shows its status, when it is due, how many lessons it has and roughly how long it takes. Anything you have finished is under Done.
Step 3
Check where you are
The module screen shows how many lessons you have done, when it is due, and a bar for your progress. The lessons are listed underneath: ticked when done, and the one you are up to marked with a play button.
Step 4
Start or continue
There is one button. It says Start on a module you have not begun, and Continue with the name of your next lesson once you have — so it always takes you to the right place.
Step 5
Work through each page
Read the page, then tap Next at the bottom. The bar and the count at the top show how far through the lesson you are.
Step 6
Answer the quiz
Each quiz question has its own page. Tap your answer, then Next. The first question tells you how many attempts you have and the mark you need.
Step 7
Submit your answers
After the last question you get a checklist of every question and whether it is answered. Tap any of them to go back, or tap Submit answers when you are ready.
Step 8
Finish the module
Your result shows as soon as you submit. On the last page of the last lesson the button reads Finish module — tap it to record the module as complete.
Step 9
What you have now
The module opens with a card saying you finished it, your quiz score, and the date it is valid until (or that it doesn't expire). View certificate opens your certificate, and Back to my training returns you to the list.
Step 10
If Finish module is greyed out
The line above the button says why. It is usually one of three things: a video you have to watch to the end, an acknowledgement you have to sign, or a quiz that still needs answering. If the thing that is holding you up is in an earlier lesson, the screen names it and gives you a link to go straight there.
Step 11
Stopping part way
You can leave a module at any time. Each lesson is ticked off as you move past its last page, and the app remembers which page you were on, so Continue picks up where you stopped.
Step 12
Your certificate
Certificates are made in the background, so straight after finishing you may be told yours is still being prepared. Your completion is already recorded — check again in a moment, or come back to the module later, where View certificate stays on the screen with its certificate number.
Step 13
Other ways in
Your app dashboard lists your most urgent modules under Required training; tap one to go straight to it, or See all training for the full list. On the web dashboard, My training in the side menu runs the same modules in the browser. Training done with an outside provider is recorded differently — see Upload a training certificate.
