About Us

Built for the people who show up every day

Read+Respond exists to make care documentation accurate, shared, and ready when it's needed — without adding to the burden of care work.

Our Mission

Care teams deserve better tools

Care work is one of the most important and demanding jobs there is. The people doing it — caregivers, support workers, nurses, and coordinators — make high-stakes decisions every day, often under time pressure and across complex shift patterns.

Yet the tools most care teams rely on for documentation haven't kept pace. Notes get lost between shifts. Critical details fall through the gaps. Staff spend precious time hunting for context instead of focusing on the person in front of them.

We built Read+Respond to change that. Our platform helps care teams capture what matters in real time, share it seamlessly across shifts, and give supervisors the visibility they need to act — not just observe.

“When care is documented consistently and shared across shifts, accountability becomes a byproduct — not a burden.”

— The principle behind everything we build

What We Stand For

Our values

These aren't slogans. They're the principles that shape every product decision we make.

Clarity over complexity

Care documentation should be simple enough to do in the moment — not something that requires extra time at the end of a shift.

Built with care teams

Every feature we build is informed by the real challenges caregivers, supervisors, and administrators face day to day.

Privacy by design

Sensitive information about the people you support deserves strong protection. Security and privacy are foundational, not afterthoughts.

Accountability without burden

Good records protect everyone — the people receiving care, the staff delivering it, and the organisations responsible for both.
