Set up a medication

Open a client, find their Medications tab, and add a new medication — name, form, dose, route, schedule and low-stock alerts — in under a minute.

Sound is off

Every client's medications live on their own Medications tab in the web dashboard. Setting one up is quick: open the client, go to the Medications tab, and add a new medication.

The Add Medication panel guides you through it. Pick the Form first — tablet, capsule, liquid and so on — and the app narrows the dose units and routes to the clinically valid options for that form. Set how often it's given (once daily, twice daily, as needed, or a custom weekly schedule), then turn on low-stock alerts so the team is warned before a client's supply runs out.

  1. Step 1

    Open your Clients list

Start under Clients in the side menu — everyone your team supports is here. Click a client to open their profile.

  2. Step 2

    Go to the Medications tab

On the client's profile, switch to the Medications tab — every medication they're prescribed, with a weekly administration view.

  3. Step 3

    Add a medication

Click Add Medication to open the entry panel.

  4. Step 4

Enter the name, form, dose and route

Type the medication's name, then pick the Form (tablet, capsule, liquid…). The app filters the Route and Unit to the valid choices for that form. Enter the Dosage.

  5. Step 5

Set the schedule and low-stock alerts

Choose how often it's given — once or twice daily, as needed, or a custom weekly schedule. Under Supply alerts, set how many days of supply left should trigger a low-stock warning, so the team is reminded before it runs out.

  6. Step 6

    Save it

Click Add Medication to save. It appears on the client's Medications tab — name, dose, schedule and weekly administration plan — ready to administer.
