Find a client's documents

Pull up care plans, consents, ID, and any other reference material attached to a client's profile.

Mobile app

Client documents are the source of truth for things you need to read on shift: care plans, behaviour support plans, signed consents, ID copies, photos, and anything else the office has uploaded against a client.

The Documents tab on the client profile is permission-gated — you'll only see documents you're rostered to access, so what's visible may differ between you and a colleague on a different team. Documents preview inline where possible, and can be downloaded when you need a copy to hand.

  1. Step 1

    Find the client

Tap Clients in the bottom navigation, then search or scroll to the client you need. Search matches first name, last name, or nickname.

  2. Step 2

    Open their documents

Open the profile and switch to the Documents tab. Files are grouped by type — care plans, consents, ID. Tap any file to preview it inline, or use the share menu to download a copy for offline access.
