Each client has a Contacts tab for the people around them — family, their GP, a social worker or case manager. Contacts you add on the web show on the client's Contacts tab in the mobile app as well, so staff on shift can reach the right person.
You need permission to edit clients to add, change or remove contacts.
Step 2
Choose the contact type
Click Add Contact. Under Contact Type, choose Emergency Contact, Next of Kin, General Practitioner (GP), Social Worker, Case Manager, Family Member or Other. The form starts on Emergency Contact.
Step 3
Enter their details
Enter their Name, and how they're related to the client under Relationship. Then add a Phone number or an Email — at least one of the two is needed.
Step 4
Add an address and notes
You can also search for their Address and add Notes, such as the best time to call.
Step 5
Save
Click Add Contact at the bottom of the form. Emergency contacts are listed first, under Emergency Contacts, and everyone else under Other Contacts. Use a card's pencil to edit a contact, or its bin to delete one.
