Map a form with AI

Let AI suggest which clauses of a standard each of a form's questions evidences, review each suggestion and its pass and fail answers, and save the ones you accept as tags.

Sound is off

A question tagged to a clause of a standard makes every answer to it evidence for that clause, in coverage and in audit programmes. Map to a standard asks AI to suggest the tags for a whole form at once: for each question, the clause it matches, how sure it is, and why.

Nothing is saved until you accept suggestions and click Save. Tags never change the form or its version.

You need permission to manage standards and to edit the form, and the standard must be published.

  1. Step 1

    Open Forms Management

In the side menu, under Forms, click Management.

  2. Step 2

    Edit the form

Open the form's ⋮ menu, then click Edit to open the form builder. Clicking the row itself opens the form to fill out.

  3. Step 3

    Map to a standard

At the top of the form builder, click Map to a standard. It shows on a saved form, for people who manage standards.

  4. Step 4

    Choose the standard

The first published standard is chosen for you, and the AI starts reading straight away. When it has finished, choose the standard you're audited against: its suggestions are cleared and it reads again. Suggest again reruns it.

  5. Step 5

    Read the suggestions

Each row pairs a question with a clause, says how sure the AI is (High match or Medium match) and gives its reason. Questions with no good match are left out, and the line at the top says how many.

  6. Step 6

    Accept or reject

Click Accept all high confidence to accept every high match, then Accept or Reject the rest. Undo puts a row back to decide.

  7. Step 7

    Check pass and fail answers

For a question with set answers, the row says which answer fails or passes, or that it counts when answered. Click change to choose which answers pass and which fail; any other answer counts as evidence without passing or failing.

  8. Step 8

    Save the tags

Click Save (it reads Save n tags). Only the accepted suggestions are saved, as tags on the form's questions.

  9. Step 9

    Other ways in

From a standard's Coverage tab, Find questions asks AI for questions across your forms for one clause; an audit programme's clause panel links there with Suggest questions with AI. Tag a question tags one by hand.
