Organisations configure anywhere from five to fifty form templates — visit notes, medication observations, incident reports, handovers, and more. Scrolling the full list every time gets old when you only use three or four.
The Forms tab gives you three ways to land on the right one: scroll, search, or favourite. Favouriting is the long-term win — pinned forms surface at the top of the list and on your dashboard.
Step 1
Open Forms
Tap Forms in the bottom navigation. The Templates tab lists every form available to you, alphabetical by default.
Step 2
Search for the one you need
Tap the search bar and type a few letters. The list filters as you type — matches the form name and description, so partial words usually find it.
Step 3
Star it to pin it
Tap the star to favourite a form. Favourites pin to the top of the list and surface as quick-access cards on your dashboard, so the forms you use daily are always one tap away.
