Create a client

Add a new client to your organisation in seconds — fill in the basics from the Clients page and their profile is ready to go.

Every person your organisation supports starts with a client profile. From the Clients page you can create one in a few clicks — all you need to begin is their Basic Information.

Give the new client a first and last name, a date of birth, and a gender, then save. The other sections — address, access permissions, funding, tasks, and custom fields — are optional and can be filled in later. Once saved, the profile is ready for case notes, documents, medications, and the rest of their record.

  1. Step 1

    Open Clients

    Go to Clients in the sidebar. This page lists everyone your organisation supports and is where new clients are added.

  2. Step 2

    Create a client

    Click Create client to open a fresh, blank client form.

  3. Step 3

    Fill the essentials

    In Basic Information, enter the client's first and last name, their date of birth, and gender. Only Basic Information is required to save — everything else can wait.

  4. Step 4

    Save the profile

    Click Save to create the client. You're taken straight to their new profile, ready for case notes, documents, medications, and more.
