Look up a client on your phone

Find a client's details, contacts, notes and tasks in the app while you're out.

Mobile app

A client's profile in the app keeps what you need on the go in one place: their details, the people to call, the forms and notes recorded for them, and their tasks. The profile is read-only here — changes to details and contacts are made on the web dashboard.

You'll only see clients you have access to, and some tabs depend on your role.

  1. Step 1

    Open the client

In the bottom bar, tap Clients, then tap the client. Use Search clients... at the top to find someone quickly.

  2. Step 2

    Read their information

Information opens first, with CLIENT INFORMATION: date of birth, email, phone, gender and address, plus their facility and any custom fields. AI Handover Summary at the top gives you a catch-up on the client.

  3. Step 3

    Find their contacts

Tap Contacts for the people recorded against them, grouped by type — Emergency, Next of Kin, GP and others. Phone numbers and emails are links: tapping one opens your phone or email app (or copies it, if the phone can't open it).

  4. Step 4

    Read the notes

The tab strip scrolls sideways. Swipe it along and tap Forms for the forms and notes filled in for this client, grouped by date, with who submitted each and its status. Filter by template, or switch Everyone to My Forms to see just yours. Tap one to read it in full.

  5. Step 5

    Check their tasks

Tap Tasks for the client's task timeline: the days along the top, what's pending and what's done for the selected day.

  6. Step 6

    Other tabs

Medications lists what they take, Documents holds their files, and Schedules shows their appointments. Where your organisation uses goals, Goals shows the client's goals, read-only.
