A support worker opens a shift from the mobile app's Shifts tab, sees its address on a map at the top of the shift, and taps the pin to show the location's name and address.

Every shift with a location shows it on a map at the top of Shift Details, so you can check where you're going before you head out.
What it does
- See the shift's address on a map inside the shift details.
- Tap the map to open the address in your phone's maps app for directions.
- Where only an approximate location is known, the map shows the area rather than an exact pin.
