See where a shift is

Check a shift's location on the map in Shift Details, and open it in your maps app for directions.

Mobile app

Every shift with a location shows it on a map at the top of Shift Details, so you can check where you're going before you head out.

Step 1
Open the shift
Tap Shifts at the bottom of the screen, then tap the shift.
Step 2
The map
The map at the top of Shift Details shows where the shift is, with a pin on the address.
Step 3
The address
The address is also listed in the Shift Details card, under the date and times.
Step 4
Open it in your maps app
Tap the map, or the address, to open the address in your phone's maps app.
Step 5
Get directions
Use your maps app as you normally would to get directions.
Step 6
Shifts you haven't accepted yet
For a shift you've been offered at a client or facility you don't already have access to, the map shows only the area, as a shaded circle, and the address reads Approximate location with just the town or city. The full address appears once you accept the shift.
Step 7
No map?
The map only appears when the shift has a location. If a shift has no address, there's no map to show.
