See it in action
Mid-shift on the mobile app's home screen, a support worker sees the current shift's medication and task checklist, ticks off the morning walk, and finds it on the Completed tab beside the medication already given.
How it works
Full guide in Help · 7 steps →Once you've clocked in, scroll down your dashboard to Current shift tasks. Pending shows what's still to do. The header counts what's done, and the chevron collapses the list.

Good to know
While you're clocked in, your dashboard shows Current shift tasks under My Shifts: the client's medications and the day's to-dos, with a count of how many are done. The same list is on the shift's own page.
A medication is recorded on a sheet, with what happened, the time, the supply check and your signature. A simple to-do is ticked off in one tap.
What it does
- Record a dose as given or not given, with notes and a signature.
- Verify a colleague's administration against the prescription, and say so when it does not match.
- Give an as-needed or non-prescribed medication and record it against the client.
- Log wasted medication with the amount, the reason and a witness where one is required.
- Complete a task with the notes, photo, yes or no answer or signature it asks for.
