Good to know

An audit event is a dated audit inside an audit programme: you prepare for it, freeze the evidence pack, the auditors visit, and the findings are followed up.

Freezing the evidence pack saves what was evidenced at that moment as a numbered version, with a root hash the page checks the stored pack against, so you can show it has not changed since.

What it does

  • Set up an audit programme over one or more standards, for the sites, assets, clients and staff in scope.
  • Schedule the checks that produce evidence · forms, gap assessments, document reviews, register checks and training.
  • See, for every clause, whether it is evidenced or failing, and why.
  • Follow findings through action, fix and verification, by accepting evidence, booking a follow-up check or watching results.
  • Freeze an evidence pack for an audit and share live progress with an auditor through a link.
