Check register compliance

See who is compliant, expiring soon, expired or missing on a register, filter it, and export it.

Sound is off

The Registers Report shows every person, client or facility on a register against each thing that register tracks — a first aid certificate, a police check, a signed consent — and whether it's current.

Only registers with Show in Compliance turned on (in Admin Settings → Registers) appear here. You need access to reports to open it.

  1. Step 1

    Open the report

In the side menu, click Reports, then Registers. It opens on the first compliance register.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a register

Under Select Register, pick the register to check. Each option shows its type — User, Client or Facility.

  3. Step 3

    Read the grid

Each row is a person (or client or facility), with how many items are compliant beside the name. Each column is one item the register tracks. A green tick is Compliant and shows how many days are left; yellow is Expiring Soon; red is Expired and shows the date it lapsed; grey is Not Provided.

  4. Step 4

    Filter to what needs attention

The four cards count every item by status. Click one — say Expired — to show only the rows with at least one item in that status; click it again to clear it. Filter by Status does the same, Completion Status shows rows that are fully complete or missing items, and Filter by User narrows to chosen people.

  5. Step 5

    Export it

Click Export CSV. The export follows the status filter you've set. It's prepared in the background — find it under Downloads in the top bar.

  6. Step 6

    Update an entry

Click any cell to open that entry in a side panel, where you can record dates, notes or a document, or remove it. Click a name to open that person's record.
