The roster prints exactly as you have it open: the same view (Client View or User View), the same period (Week, Fortnight or Month) and the same rows. Set it up on screen first, then print.
Step 1
Choose what to print
In the side menu, click Shifts. Click User View for a row per staff member, or leave Client View on for a row per client. Use the arrows and the period list to open the week, fortnight or month you want.
Step 2
Open the menu
Click the menu button at the top right of the roster.
Step 3
Print Roster
Click Print Roster. It is greyed out while the roster is still loading.
Step 4
The print preview
Your browser's print preview opens. The roster is laid out on landscape A4.
Step 5
The page header
The page is headed Shift Roster Export, with the dates it covers, the roster's timezone, and when it was printed.
Step 6
Print it
Check the printer and settings in your browser's print window, then click Print. To keep a copy instead, choose Save as PDF as the destination.
