My Timesheets shows the shifts you've worked in one pay period at a time — weekly, fortnightly or monthly, whichever your organisation uses — with how many hours are approved and how many are still waiting.
Timesheets must be allowed for your role. If My Timesheets isn't in the menu, ask your coordinator.
Step 1
Open My Timesheets
Tap Menu at the bottom, then My Timesheets.
Step 2
Read the totals
Total is every hour in the period. Approved is what's been signed off, and Pending is what's still waiting.
Step 3
Read the rows
Each row is one shift: the day, start and end time, the client or facility, the pay rate and the hours. A shift paid at more than one rate shows Split ↓ with its parts underneath. The footer counts the entries and adds up the hours. Tap a row to open the shift.
Step 4
Check what's approved
A green tick means the timesheet is approved. A clock means it's still waiting for approval.
Step 5
Move between pay periods
Use the arrows either side of the dates to go back or forward a period, and Today to return to the current one.
