Clocking in and out is how shift attendance flows into timesheets, invoices, and rostering reports. Doing it from inside the app — rather than on paper — means the times are stamped against you, the right client, and the right billing rate from the moment the shift starts.
There are three places you can clock in from depending on where you are in the app, and the same flow works in reverse for clocking out.
Step 1
Find your shift on the dashboard
Open the app. Your active shift shows on the My Shifts card with a Clock In button right there — the fastest way to start.
Step 2
Or open the Shifts tab
No card on the dashboard? Tap Shifts in the bottom navigation and find today's shift on the calendar.
Step 3
Open the shift
Tap the shift to see its details — date, time, client, and address. The Clock In button sits under the Timesheets section.
Step 4
Clock in
Tap Clock In. Confirm the scheduled time or pick a different one, and choose a reason if you're starting late. Tap Confirm and you're on the clock.
When the shift ends, tap Clock Out on the same screen to record your finish time.
