AI agents are scheduled checks. Each one looks at part of your records at a set time — medication overnight, the roster early in the morning, yesterday's tasks, a short briefing for managers — and raises suggestions for someone to look at. They suggest; they never change anything themselves.
AI Agents is a limited release. Your organisation needs it switched on, and your role needs access to the Agents page. Acknowledging or dismissing a suggestion, switching an agent on or off, and changing its schedule need permission to manage agents.
Step 1
Open AI Agents
In the side menu, click Agents.
Step 2
See your agents
Each row is one agent, with what its last run found, when it ran, and its schedule. An agent only runs once its toggle is switched on for your organisation.
Step 3
Open the suggestions
When there is anything to look at, a banner says how many open suggestions are waiting for review. Click it.
Step 4
Pick one
The most serious suggestions are listed first, then the newest. Each shows which agent raised it and the record it is about. Click one to open it.
Step 5
Read what it found
Detail explains what the agent found. Sources links to the records behind it: click one to open that record and check it for yourself.
Step 6
Acknowledge it
Click Acknowledge to show you've seen it. The suggestion leaves the open list.
Step 7
Find it again
Click the Acknowledged tab to see the suggestions you've acknowledged.
Step 8
If a suggestion is wrong
Click Dismiss instead, choose a reason — such as Not a real issue, or Already actioned elsewhere — and add a comment if you like. It moves to the Dismissed tab. Useful and Not useful under the detail send feedback to the team reviewing what the agents produce.
Step 9
Schedules and spending
Open an agent from the list to change its schedule, choose which roles see its suggestions, or click Run now to run it straight away. Its recent runs show their tokens and cost. If your organisation reaches its daily AI spend cap, runs are skipped until the next day and the page says so.
