On short and long text fields, AI assistance can suggest clearer wording for a note you have already written.
Write your own observations first — the sparkles control only appears on text fields, and its rewrite option only appears once the field has text in it.

- Fix spelling and grammar and move to a professional tone.
- Ask for more detail, see an example, or give your own instructions.
- Accept the suggestion only when the facts are right · accepting is not submitting.
