See it in action

Good to know

The assistant opens from its floating button, on the screens where it appears. This walkthrough asks a clock-in question, checks the guide behind the answer, and comes back to it through History.

AI answers can be incomplete or wrong. Open the linked source and check it before you act.

What it does

  • Ask a practical question, such as how to clock in to a shift.
  • Answers come from your knowledge base and library documents, not the open internet.
  • Each answer names the source it used, so you can open it and check.
  • Ask from the web or from the chat button on the mobile app.
  • Find past questions and answers again in your chat history.
