Good to know

Notification preferences live in your profile and control the alerts you receive.

There are two kinds. Push Notifications · This device and the Channels settings save immediately — device push covers this phone, channels cover all your devices. Event and form preferences need Save changes.

What it does

  • Turn push notifications on or off for the phone you are holding.
  • Set email and push channels that apply across all your devices.
  • Choose which events and forms notify you, for yourself or for the organisation where your role allows.
  • Each phone registers when you sign in, so alerts reach the device you actually use.
