On the Associations grid, a manager sees who was with each person in care over the last week, where and for how long, with an evening nobody was there flagged, regroups it by caregiver and exports the summary CSV.

Good to know
Associations works out who was with each person in care, and for how long, from the shifts on the roster and where each person lives. Overlapping cover is counted once, and each day is measured against the ratio in the client's funding.
Associations is available to selected organisations: a system administrator switches it on, and you need the View Associations permission to see it (and Export Associations to export).
What it does
- Group the timeline by client, staff member, facility or calendar day.
- See who was with a person and when · overlapping cover is counted once.
- See hours with fewer caregivers than the funded ratio, including hours with nobody there.
- Open the day roster for one place on one day.
- Export a summary or detail to CSV, and daily hours or bed nights to XLSX.
