Your organisation's Library holds its policies, procedures and other shared documents. In the app you can browse it folder by folder and read a document without leaving the app, so the answer is to hand while you're on a shift. Reading a document in the app doesn't record that you've read it — there's no acknowledge step.
You see the documents your role has access to. Uploading, renaming and organising the Library need extra permissions.
Step 2
Open the folder
The Library opens at Home. Tap the folder the policy is filed in. The Path line shows where you are, and Back takes you up a level.
Step 3
Check what the assistant can read
A document marked Added to chat is one the assistant can answer from, so you can also ask it a question about that policy.
Step 4
Open the policy
Tap the document to open it in the app's viewer. PDFs, images, text and Office files open in the app; other file types download instead.
Step 5
Read it
Read the document through. For a PDF, the top bar shows the page you're on and how many pages there are. The rotate button turns the viewer sideways for a wider page.
Step 6
Close the viewer
Tap the × at the top left to go back to the folder.
Step 7
Download a copy
Tap the ⋮ beside the document, then tap Download. The row shows Downloading... while it is fetched, then it opens on your phone. Download only appears when your organisation allows the document to be downloaded.
Step 8
Search instead
If you don't know which folder it is in, use the search bar at the top. At Home it searches every folder; inside a folder it searches that folder and all the folders in it.
