Search everything

Find pages, clients, staff, facilities, forms, documents and help articles from the search box at the top.

Sound is off

The search box at the top of every page looks across the pages you can open and the records you can see — clients, users, facilities, forms, documents and Knowledge Base articles — so you don't have to know where something lives.

Results follow your role: a group only appears if you have access to that kind of record.

  1. Step 1

    Open search

Click the search box. Before you type, it shows your Recent searches, the pages you Recently visited (or Quick links when you haven't visited many) and your Recent records. Click any of them to go straight there, remove a search with its ✕, or clear the lot with Clear all.

  2. Step 2

    Type a few letters

Pages match from the first letter; records start matching at two. If nothing matches exactly, close spellings are offered instead.

  3. Step 3

    Read the results

Results are grouped — Pages, Clients, Users, Facilities, Forms, Documents, Knowledge Base — up to five of each, with the matching letters highlighted. See all opens the full list for a group.

  4. Step 4

    Open one

Click a result, or move with the arrow keys and press Enter. Esc closes the search. What you searched for and what you opened are saved to your history for next time.
