In a mobile conversation, a worker taps the paperclip, picks Files and sends a care plan PDF, which posts into the thread as an attachment the colleague can download.

Good to know
Messages lets you talk to colleagues inside Read + Respond. A conversation with two or more other people is a group: it can have a name, and everyone in it sees every message. This walkthrough starts a group conversation and shares a file in it.
Messages opens from the chat icon at the top of the page, next to the notification bell. If you don't see the icon, messaging isn't turned on for your account.
What it does
- Attach photos, videos, PDFs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, text or CSV files to a message.
- Send several files at once, each up to 50MB.
- Open shared photos full screen on your phone and swipe between them.
- Download a shared file when you need a copy outside the conversation.
